Shawn Chappell Jr. possesses extensive experience in coaching and educational support, currently serving as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Reason Prep Academy and a Paraprofessional at James F. Condon Elementary School. Involved with the Undivided Basketball Team as Head Basketball Coach since August 2020, Shawn has also held multiple coaching positions, including Assistant Basketball Coach at City on a Hill Charter Public School and Everett High School. As a Sports Service Supervisor at TD Garden, responsibility included overseeing concession operations and staff management. Additional experience in ticket sales with Springfield Thunderbirds highlights Shawn's proficiency in outreach and customer engagement. Education includes a Master of Education with a focus on School Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's in Sport Management and Business Management from Springfield College.
