Nathan Costa has extensive experience in the sports industry, currently serving as President of the Springfield Thunderbirds since June 2016, after previously holding the title of Executive Vice President. Prior to this role, Nathan was the Vice President of Team Business Services for the American Hockey League from December 2009 to June 2016, where responsibilities included consulting with AHL clubs and implementing best practices. Nathan's career also includes a successful tenure with Spurs Sports & Entertainment as a Rampage Account Executive, achieving the highest individual revenue for the team during the 2008-2009 season. Nathan's early career featured roles in youth sports coordination and journalism, with a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern University and an Associate of Arts in Communications from Holyoke Community College.
