Matthew McRobbie has extensive experience in business development and sales within the sports industry. As the Director of Business Development for the Springfield Thunderbirds since June 2016, McRobbie manages a $1.4 million sponsorship budget, oversees partnerships, and fosters relationships with over 140 partners. Prior roles include Manager of Ticket Sales and Service, where McRobbie led a sales team and achieved the AHL Ticket Sales Department of the Year recognition, and Senior Account Executive, achieving significant sales milestones. McRobbie's career began in customer service roles, including positions at CVS Caremark Corporation and the Springfield Falcons, where responsibilities included enhancing customer and game night experiences. McRobbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Springfield College.
