James Lawless is an experienced professional in the sports management field, currently serving as an Assistant for Game Presentation with the Springfield Thunderbirds since September 2021. Responsibilities include assisting with game-day operations and managing over 30 game-day interns to enhance fan experiences. Lawless also works as a Sales Associate at Marshalls Convenience Stores, focusing on the shoe department and developing sales skills. Additionally, as a Client Liaison for the Basketball Hall of Fame HoopHall Classic, Lawless welcomes and assists teams during stadium arrivals. Experience as a Recreation Assistant for Belchertown Rec Dept. includes setting up gyms and managing scoreboard activities for youth basketball. James Lawless earned an undergraduate degree in Sport Management from Springfield College, graduating in 2023.
