Christine Selby is a seasoned psychologist with extensive experience in various roles within the field of psychology. Currently serving as a psychologist at Veterans Evaluation Services since September 2019, Christine conducts essential evaluations for veterans. Additionally, Christine is the Associate Professor and Director of the Athletic Counseling Program at Springfield College and serves as a Council Representative for the Society of Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology within the American Psychological Association. With a part-time private practice at Selby Psychological Services since 2008, Christine specializes in sport psychology and eating disorders. Christine co-founded the Eating Disorders Special Interest Group in the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and served in leadership roles within the American Psychological Association, including Past-President of the Society of Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. Christine holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas and has degrees in Athletic Counseling and Psychology from Springfield College and Carthage College, respectively.
