Kay Larkin is an experienced publishing operations professional with a diverse background in editorial rights, content strategy, and project management. Currently serving as Operations Director in the General Counsel's Office and Head of Editorial Rights at Springer Nature Group since July 2019, Kay previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Editorial Rights and Projects Director at Springer Nature, as well as positions at Pearson Education and Cengage Learning. A consultant from 2009 to 2016, Kay specialized in content management and strategic initiatives, contributing significantly to the development of personalized content delivery systems. Kay holds a degree from the University of Sussex.
