Basavaraj Kalloli has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Basavaraj began their career at Synygy in 2008, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer, primarily focusing on building enterprise solutions using Java Enterprise stack. Basavaraj also gained experience in Scala and PHP during their time there. In 2012, Basavaraj joined Xpanxion as a Senior Software Engineer before moving on to Crest Premedia Solutions (P) Ltd in 2013. At Crest Premedia Solutions, they worked as a Senior Software Developer and later transitioned to the role of Technical Lead. In 2016, Basavaraj joined Springer Nature Group as a Software Engineer, and eventually advanced to the positions of Lead Developer and currently Principal Engineer in July 2021.

Basavaraj Kalloli pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Basavaraj attended the university from 2004 to 2008.
