Olivia Terrazzano is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as the General Manager at Springboard Hospitality since March 2024, Olivia previously held the same position at Lark Hotels from June 2021 to March 2024. Prior to that, Olivia worked as Operations Manager at G6 Hospitality LLC from May 2019 to June 2020 and as Guest Service Supervisor at Smugglers' Notch Resort from June 2016 to June 2019. Olivia holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Northern Vermont University: one in Business, Hospitality, and Tourism Management and another in Political Science and Government, earned between 2015 and 2019.
