Rachel Rong is a senior project manager who has worked in a variety of industries, including hospitality, transportation, and technology. Rachel began their career as a graduate assistant of hospitality management at George Washington University. Rachel then worked as an assistant of food and beverage director at JW Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments. From there, they became an area revenue analyst and then an area revenue manager for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. In 2015, they left the hospitality industry to join Uber as an operations and logistics manager. Rachel held this position for four years before joining Handy HQ in December 2016. Rachel stayed with Handy HQ until April 2019, when they left to take on an unknown role at Springboard Enterprises.

Rachel Rong holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The George Washington University.
