Ivette spent over twenty years in Corporate America, the last ten as the Operations Manager for Barnes & Noble, assigned to their $50MM B2B division. Her experience in streamlining processes and keeping an eye on the bottom-line; along with being results-driven, providing excellent customer service, and her autonomous, no-frills/ā€roll-up your sleevesā€ personality makes her perfectly suited to oversee all aspects of Springboard Consultingā€™s operations. Ivette attended Pace University with a concentration in accounting.
