Sadie has spent the past 11 years serving students, families, and educators in the Boston area. After graduating from the College of William and Mary in Virginia in 2011, Sadie taught kindergarten and second grade at Brooke Charter Schools for six years and completed a Master's in Early Childhood Education at UMass Boston. She then spent five years leading and developing aspiring educators as Brooke's Associate Teacher Program Director. Sadie is passionate about addressing educational inequities through culturally responsive, high-quality academic instruction and strong relationships with school communities. Her favorite childhood book is The Giving Tree.
