Noam Allon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SPRING Vision since December 2018. Previously, Noam held the position of VP R&D at Shamir Optical Industry Itd., where leadership encompassed over 60 engineers and researchers focused on ophthalmic optics design from January 2016 to August 2018. Additional experience includes roles such as Director at BSP Biological Signal Processing, Active Vice Chairman at MTL Print, and President/CEO at Medivision, overseeing the development of digital imaging systems for medical applications, especially in ophthalmology. Noam also acted as Business Development Officer and CTO at OIS Optical Imaging Systems, managing international sales and R&D activities following the company’s acquisition. Early career accomplishments include various sales and product management roles at Fidelity Medical Ltd. and AMS - Advanced Medical Systems. Noam holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
