Dave Joeright has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to horticulture and landscaping. Dave has extensive experience as a grower, with roles including Head Grower and Assistant Propagator at Spring Meadow Nursery, Inc., Lead Grower and Technical Advisor at Ivy Acres, and Research Technologist II at Michigan State University. Dave also has experience as a floriculture research assistant, grower assistant, and flower breeding intern. Dave has a strong background in plant care and propagation.

Dave Joeright attended Michigan State University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Horticultural Science.
