Suzanne Matson, MS-PHR, SHRM-CP, MA-LPC, is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor currently working as an independent contractor with various technology-based counseling companies including Spring Health, BetterMynd, SonderMind, Headway, and BetterHelp.com. Additionally, Matson owns Mountain Community Counseling Associates, a private practice specializing in counseling for relinquished and adopted children, and serves at Pastoral Connections Counseling Ministries, providing low-cost counseling services. Previous experience includes consulting for Mercer PeoplePro, project work at Villanova University focused on workforce planning, and ownership of Matson Practice Management & Consulting, LLC, which provided HR solutions for veterinary practices. Matson holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling Psychology & Pastoral Care from Denver Seminary.
