Sophie Buzzell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Starting in 2009, they volunteered at the St. Bernard Project. In 2010, they interned at Picker Art Gallery and Christie's in the Print Department. In 2011, Sophie worked as a Host at Graffiato Restaurant before joining Academic Travel Abroad as a Guest Services Advisor. Sophie later became an Assistant Program Manager, where they designed itineraries and negotiated with international suppliers. In 2014, Sophie was promoted to Program Manager at Academic Travel Abroad.
In 2017, they transitioned to EVERFI, a digital education company. Sophie initially served as a Customer Success Support Manager, supporting the account management team and designing WordPress microsites. In 2018, they became a Senior Manager, Customer Success, managing a portfolio of partners, tracking account pipeline, and identifying upsell opportunities. In 2019, they briefly served as a Director of Global Partnerships before transitioning to Director of Enterprise Account Management in 2020. Sophie's final role at EVERFI was as the Senior Director of Enterprise Account Management, where they led a team and managed strategic accounts.
Most recently, Sophie joined Spring Health in 2022 as a Strategic Account Manager.
Sophie Buzzell attended Singapore American School from 1994 to 2007. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Art History at Colgate University from 2007 to 2011. During their time at Colgate University, Sophie was a member of the Art History program. In 2009, they also briefly attended New York University for Art History, obtaining a BA degree. Additionally, Sophie obtained a certification in "Introduction to Content Marketing" from Lynda.com in August 2016.
