Sharmila S. currently serves as a Global Care Navigator at Spring Health and a Counselor at MindFi, both positions held since May and February 2023, respectively. Concurrently, Sharmila S. functions as a Sessional Tutor at Monash University Malaysia, teaching various psychology subjects. Experience also includes roles as a Careline Counselor at Naluri, Wellness Coach/Counselor - Assistant Team Lead at The Mind Psychological Services & Training, and a Junior Associate Counselor at Integrated Psychology Network. Previous teaching experience includes a position as a Math Teacher at Kumon Malaysia. Sharmila S. obtained a Masters in Professional Counselling from Monash University Malaysia and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from HELP University.
