Caleb Adu, LCSW-C, LICSW has a diverse work experience in the field of social work and mental health. Caleb currently works as a Care Navigator at Spring Health since June 2021. Prior to this, Caleb served as a Social Work Supervisor for the State of Maryland from December 2020 to June 2021.

Caleb's experience also includes roles at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they worked as a Lead Behavioral Health Clinical Triage Specialist from July 2018 to August 2020, and as a Behavioral Health Clinical Triage Specialist from March 2018 to July 2018. Caleb also worked as a Behavioral Health Coordinator at Magellan Health from July 2017 to March 2018.

Prior to these positions, Caleb worked as a Renal Social Worker at DaVita Kidney Care from January 2016 to July 2017. Caleb also served as a Staff Therapist at CLEAR CHOICES COUNSELING from August 2013 to May 2016.

Caleb's early career involved working as a Mental Health Therapist at Edmonton North Primary Care Network from August 2008 to July 2013. In this role, they performed various responsibilities, including accepting referrals from local family physicians, facilitating group counseling sessions, conducting information presentations for patients' families, and initiating internal referrals to promote a holistic approach to client care.
