Izerial Toles, LPC, LCDC has a strong background in counseling and crisis management. Starting in 2017, they worked as an Outreach Counselor at Southwest Youth and Family Services for over a year. In 2018, they transitioned to Abigails Arms Family Crisis Center as a Crisis Management Therapist. In 2019, Izerial moved on to work at UBH Denton as a Licensed Professional Counselor. During the same year, they also joined the mobile crisis on-call team at Denton County MHMR Center. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Clinical Care Navigator at Spring Health. Their work experience spans various roles in counseling and crisis intervention.
Izerial Toles, LPC, LCDC obtained a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from the University of Oklahoma from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Child Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their educational background, they have acquired the certifications of "Licensed Professional Counselor" and "Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor" from the Texas Department of State Health Services in April 2019 and February 2019 respectively. They also obtained a certification in "Cybersecurity at Work" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
