Dr. Malak Nasr is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an In-Country Care Navigator and Therapist at Spring Health since April 2024. Concurrently, Dr. Nasr works as a Therapist and Trainer at Workplace Options and a Psychotherapist and Provider at Modern Health, both roles started in late 2023 and early 2023, respectively. Previous roles include an Online Psychotherapist at Spring Health and various positions as a Psychotherapist and Trainer at O7 Therapy and Shezlong. Dr. Nasr holds a Ph.D. in Mental Health Counseling from Vision International University and has been a Professor of Counseling Psychology there since 2009, also coordinating the Arabic Language program. Education credentials also include a focus on Theological Studies and a commitment to completion of supervision in psychotherapy from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
