Ben Graves possesses extensive experience in managing educational programs, currently serving as Manager of Summer and Ancillary Programs at Spring Education Group since October 2020. Prior to this role, Ben held multiple positions at Stratford School from September 2004 to October 2020, including After School and Summer Program Manager and After School Program Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating after-school activities across various locations, managing enrollment and payments, setting staffing budgets, and developing staff to enhance retention and satisfaction. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Jessup University and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from De Anza College.
