Niki joined the Sprenger Health Care team in December 2019 as the Admissions and Marketing Director of Sprenger Health Care Amherst Manor. Niki obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Sports Medicine from Baldwin-Wallace University. Prior to earning her license in 2021, she served as Assisted Living Director and Assistant Administrator before transitioning to her current Administrator role. She is also a graduate of Leadership Lorain County.

Through her personal family experiences in healthcare, Niki realized the impact health care professionals and personal, quality care can have on residents and their families. She takes great pride in being an advocate for them each and every day and is honored to be a part of a company and team that values teamwork and communication.
