Jade started her career in health care as a DSP working with adults with disabilities right out of high school. From there, she knew that she wanted a role in caring for residents and also supporting their families. Jade graduated from Lake Erie College with a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Healthcare Management. She completed her AIT through Sprenger in 2020 and was promoted to Social Service Director and then Assisted Living Director. In July 2021, Jade earned her administrator license and has continued to dedicate her time to servicing residents and families.
