Amard Nichols has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an IT Systems Administrator at Spreedly since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of IT Applications Manager, UKG PRO from July 2021 to January 2022, and Junior IT Applications Manager from August 2020 to July 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Spreedly, Amard worked at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. They served as a Technology Support Analyst for Housing and Residence Life from April 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Executive Assistant for Housing and Residence Life from March 2014 to April 2019. In this role, Amard managed day-to-day operations, developed marketing tools, managed housing policies and procedure guides, and served as the administrator for application systems.

Amard Nichols earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Amard later pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the same university, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Amard Nichols has also obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they acquired certifications in "Communicating Across Cultures," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn. Amard also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in April 2014.
