Vinay Bhardwaj is an experienced Operations Manager in the hospitality industry, currently overseeing operations at Spree Hospitality since December 2020. Prior to this role, Vinay managed operations at SMASH HOSPITALITY LLP from April 2018 to December 2020 and at Sarthak Groups of Hotel Manali for a brief period in 2017. With foundational experience at jj Resort Kullu and Hotel Daffodil Manali, Vinay has developed a robust skill set in room division and operations management. Vinay holds two Bachelor's degrees in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management, obtained from GSSSB Joginder Nagar and ALHA.
