Jill Sanders has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Research Assistant in the Ohio State Biomedical Engineering Department, where they conducted various research activities related to cell migration in cancer. In 2012, they also worked as a Student Tutor in the Ohio State Student Athletic Support Services.

In 2012, Jill joined Invacare Corporation as an Associate Engineer and later worked as a Project Engineer until 2016. During their time at Invacare, they gained experience in project management and engineering tasks.

In 2016, they joined STERIS Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer and eventually became a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Jill worked in this role until 2019, where they were involved in mechanical engineering tasks and contributed to the development of medical devices.

In 2019, Jill joined JALEX Medical, LLC as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for managing projects and coordinating engineering activities. Jill worked in this role until 2022.

Currently, Jill is employed as a Product Design Engineer at SPR Therapeutics, Inc. The exact start and end dates of their role at SPR Therapeutics, Inc. are not provided. In this role, they apply their engineering expertise to design innovative products.

Jill Sanders attended The Ohio State University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in December 2021.
