Teodor Niżyński is a Machine Learning Specialist at Spottitt since June 2020, focusing on the selection of neural network models and computer vision methods for satellite image analysis, object detection, and segmentation using Python, Keras, and TensorFlow. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Politechnika Wrocławska from October 2018 to September 2021, where Teodor co-authored operational research papers and taught students, utilizing programming languages such as Python, Keras, C#, and C++. Teodor also worked at GEOMATIC Software Solutions Sp. z o.o. from January 2017 to March 2020 as both a Xamarin Developer, developing mobile applications for Android and iOS, and as a Deep Learning Data Scientist focused on deep learning for building detection using satellite imagery. Teodor holds a PhD in Automatics and Robotics from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, alongside master’s degrees in Psychology and Informatics, and a Bachelor's degree in Automatics and Robotics from the same institution.
