Matt Hood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Spotlight, Matt previously held key positions at Equity UK, including Deputy General Secretary, Assistant General Secretary, and Head of Communications & Membership. Prior to that, Matt contributed as an Executive Officer at BMA. A graduate of the University of Cambridge, Matt earned a BA (Hons) in Social & Political Science from 1999 to 2002.
