Máuhan M Zonoozy currently serves as the Head of Innovation at Spotify, focusing on long-term strategic initiatives and leading the company's $100 million creator equity fund. With a mentoring role at Techstars Music since 2021, Máuhan also invests in early-stage startups, particularly in consumer, new media, and crypto sectors. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at BCG Digital Ventures and Boston Consulting Group, where engagement with major companies centered on venture building and strategy execution. Máuhan was the founding CEO of Studio X, Royal Dutch Shell's innovation group, and previously founded Bubbl, which was acquired by Cricket Media. Earlier roles include corporate and technology attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and leadership positions in various ventures and fellowships.
