Helen Shaffer is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and projects across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Design for the Content Platform at Spotify since April 2020, Helen manages a team focused on enterprise tools that enhance the management of the content catalog. Previous roles include Design Manager at Spotify, where responsibilities included supporting content integrity, and Product Area Design Lead at Square, where Helen directed design initiatives for Team and Employee Management tools. Additional experience spans positions as Interaction Designer at Punchcut, Interaction & Visual Designer at Montaag and New Deal Design, User Interface Designer at Atlantic BT, and Independent Graphic Designer. Helen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University.
