Rylan Carpena is an accomplished professional in Customer Success and consultancy, currently serving as the Customer Success Lead at SpotDraft since March 2024 and as a Partner and CS Consultant at RedRock Partners since January 2022. Rylan has a proven track record of helping early-stage companies develop customer experience organizations, market strategies, and product adoption initiatives.
