Demian Sempel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2008, they founded Awosh, a company focused on developing web applications for clients. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Frontend developer at Chatventure, contributing to the development of a fashion portal. In 2015, they worked as a Freelance iOS App Developer. In 2016, they joined PaperFlies as a Full Stack Developer, where they migrated the legacy frontend and refactored the search engine backend. In 2017, they joined Wigwam Travel as a Full Stack Developer, leading the frontend development and improving the scalability and performance of the e-commerce architecture. Since March 2019, they have been serving as the Co-founder and Web Engineer at Nullhouse. In July 2019, Demian Sempel also started working as a Senior Software Engineer at Spot AI.

Demian Sempel attended Utrecht University from 2010 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer and Information Sciences.
