Alexander Penwill is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the EU Talent Manager at Sporty Group since March 2023, leading a team to fulfill recruitment needs across the EU and Africa, specifically in Product, Technology, Engineering, and executive hires. Previously, Alexander worked at Revolut from July 2021 to March 2023 as a Senior Recruiter, focusing on global Product recruitment for one of Britain's fastest growing technology companies. Prior to that, Alexander held various roles including Recruitment Consultant and Associate Consultant at Sanderson Recruitment Plc, Internal Recruitment Consultant at OVO Energy, and Resource Assurance Coordinator at Thames Water. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Reading, completed in 2015.
