James Greaves

Customer Experience Manager

James Greaves is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in management and training within the retail and contact center sectors. At SportsShoes.com since February 2017, James has served as both Customer Experience Manager and Customer Service Manager. Prior to this, James managed the contact center operations at La Redoute (UK) Limited from July 2005 to December 2016, overseeing a team of 50 staff, developing team leaders, and handling complaints and training programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Abbey as a Training Administrator from October 2002 to June 2005 and leading a telemarketing team. James completed education at Eccleshill Upper School from 1988 to 1991.
