Susan Newman is a group manager in NYC Commercial Real Estate group of M&T Bank. Her role involves overseeing two teams that are involved in generating new real estate loans and managing the department’s regulatory compliance. Newman’s group handles some of the bank’s largest relationships, including Time Equities, Rudin Management, Global Holdings, TF Cornerstone, among others. She has been at M&T since 2011.
