Robert Fagenson has served as Vice Chairman of National Holding Corporation, a diversified financial services company since 2012 and served as Chairman and CEO from 2014 to 2016. He spent the majority of his career on the Trading Floor of the New York Stock Exchange where he was the Managing Partner of Fagenson & Co. FFS & VDM, one of the largest Specialist Firms operating on the NYSE. He served as president of the NYSE Specialist Association. He was elected to the Board of Directors of the New York Stock Exchange in 1993 and served as Vice Chairman of the NYSE in 1998 and 1999. He returned to the NYSE Board in 2003 and 2004.
