Dominic Mueser has extensive experience in the field of anti-doping and integrity in sports. Dominic started their career at TSC Eintracht Dortmund as a track and field coach and fitness coach. Dominic then worked as an anti-doping educator for the German Sports Youth and Coaches Academy Cologne of the German Olympic Sports Confederation.
Mueser later joined the Council of Europe, where they served as a member of the Advisory Group on Education. Dominic also became a member of the INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL ANTI-DOPING ÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×ANISATIONS' Expert Group on Education and the UEFA as an anti-doping educator for youth soccer tournaments.
In 2013, Mueser began working at the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), where they joined the Education Committee and the working group of the International Standard for Education (ISE). Dominic was involved in various initiatives aimed at promoting clean sport on an international level.
In 2015, Mueser joined Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln as a guest lecturer on anti-doping. Dominic also became a member of the working group on education at the Institute of National Anti-Doping Organisations.
Mueser then moved to the National Anti Doping Agency Germany, where they held several roles, including Doping Control Manager, Education and Communication Manager, and Director of Education and Prevention. Dominic directed a multi-channel behavioral change program and developed a national doping prevention strategy.
Currently, Mueser is working at Sportradar, where they started as a Senior Manager in Anti-Doping Services and later became the Head of Anti-Doping Services. Dominic then became the Global Head of Anti-Doping Services, where they developed and implemented a global strategy for the company. Currently, they serve as the Head of Integrity Partnerships, Europe, expanding their role to the broader integrity area while remaining responsible for Anti-Doping. Their focus is on providing innovative, data- and technology-driven solutions to protect the integrity of sports.
Dominic Mueser attended the University of Bochum from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science with a focus on fitness and health for children and youth.
