Paz Lecea Elias is a seasoned professional with a robust background in project management and commercial leadership. Since January 2022, Paz has served as Gerente de proyecto reposicionamiento tur铆stico costero de Guanaqueros at Corfo. Additionally, Paz has held the position of Directora de Sucursal Adecco III y IV regi贸n at The Adecco Group since February 2021. From January 2011, Paz has worked at Sportlife, currently overseeing the Commercial and Sales area in IV Regi贸n, demonstrating strong capabilities in team leadership and strategy development. Paz holds a degree in Social Communication with a focus on Marketing and Business Management from Universidad Mayor, attained between 2000 and 2006.
