Onyinye comes to Sported bringing a wealth of knowledge in sports development, group support, and community engagement from the higher education sector. Growing up in London, Onyinye always had a passion for sports in her childhood, and it was that renewed passion during her studies at university that led her to pursue a career in the sector.

After graduation, Onyinye joined her Studentsā€™ Union as a Sports Development coordinator, responsible for developing and delivering programs and services to student-led sports groups as well as growing participation across programs. She has also worked in wider student opportunities, managing teams to deliver initiatives across sports, student-led societies and media, community engagement projects, training and development, and volunteer management and support.
