Harold Decoster has extensive work experience in various industries. Harold began their career as a Salesman at Decathlon España in 2012, where they provided assistance to customers and maintained store shelves. Harold then worked at Leroy Merlin España as a Salesman for a short period, focusing on the illumination sector.

In 2014, they briefly worked as a Commercial at Sensology Marketing Sensorial, S.L.

Harold then joined Auchan as an Assistant WebMarketer, contributing to the development and launch of a new smartphone app as part of a digital strategy project.

In 2016, they worked as a Salesman in the Running Sector at Decathlon España, assisting customers and ensuring proper inventory management. Harold also worked as a User Care and Account Manager at Ouistock, responsible for customer support and developing relationships with professional furniture storage companies.

Harold later joined Kellogg Company as an Area Manager and as a Strategy Junior Consultant at Pringles, contributing to the organization's strategic operations.

Harold then served as a Business Developer at Expedicar, where they managed key accounts, generated revenue, and pursued new business opportunities.

Currently, Harold holds the position of Country Manager Spain at SportEasy, where they lead the launch of the company's first international office in Madrid, focusing on growing the Spanish user base and forming partnerships with sports clubs.

Harold Decoster began their education at Lycée Français de Madrid, where they pursued an Economic baccalaureate with a specialization in mathematics. This educational experience took place from the year 2000 to 2012. Following this, from 2012 to 2017, Harold attended the IÉSEG School of Management, where they obtained a Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, in 2014 to 2015, they participated in a university exchange program at CESA in Bogotá, Colombia. Lastly, in 2016, Harold took part in a university exchange program at FEP U. Porto – Economics and Management, focusing on economics.
