Laura Hall is an experienced Learning Experience Consultant currently employed at Sponge since February 2021. Prior to this, Laura served as a Senior Learning Designer at The Access Group from April 2019 to March 2021 and was a Senior Lead Learning Designer at Kineo from September 2008 to September 2018, where leadership in design and project management was essential. Earlier roles include Learning Designer at Epic from 2004 to 2007, focusing on written communication and teamwork, and Front of House at Midlands Arts Centre from November 2003 to June 2004. Laura holds a BA Hons in American Studies from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2004.
