Soo Jeun has a wealth of work experience, having held positions at various companies since 2010. Soo began their career as an Assistant Intern at Hanwha Group in 2010. Soo then held a position as a Samsung Communication Specialist at Samsung Electronics in 2011. That same year, they also worked as a Translator & Website Management Intern at Triton Pacific Incorporation, where they supported the main website launch and renewal, copywrote brand stories and introduction, and translated and edited press material. In 2014, Soo Jeun worked as a Foreign Correspondent at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Korea, where they researched Scandinavian environment and culture and created contents such as Scandinavian trends, media materials, and news. Soo then held the role of Communication Team Manager at Nordic Nest from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Performance Marketing Manager at SEPHORA, and in 2020, they held the role of UA & Performance Marketing Manager at Bagelcode, where they were in charge of digital marketing, paid media advertisement, and user acquisition, and specialized in website/app/service launching, communication and data analysis. Soo Jeun is currently the Growth Marketing Manager at Spond, a position they have held since 2022.

Soo Jeun attended Daeil Foreign Language High School from 2006 to 2009, majoring in French in the European Department. Soo then attended Ewha Womans University from 2010 to 2014, studying Mass Communication, Journalism, and European Studies. In 2012 and 2013, they also attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). In December 2022, Soo Jeun obtained a Meta Certified Media Buying Professional certification from Meta.
