Jeff Roberts is an experienced aviation professional with a robust background in airport operations and maintenance. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Airport Maintenance and Airport Duty Manager at Spokane International Airport since May 2015, Jeff has accumulated extensive expertise in the industry. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of General Manager Airport Operations at United Airlines from January 1990 to May 2015, overseeing all aspects of operations including customer service, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Whitworth University, completed from 2017 to 2022, along with a high school diploma from Ridgefield High School.
