Gil Bolotin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, management, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Sploot Veterinary Care since July 2021, Bolotin has introduced innovative approaches to veterinary services. Prior roles include Board Member at Janus Capital and Vice President of Business Development for North America at Anagog, where leadership was demonstrated in driving go-to-market strategies across multiple regions. Bolotin's background also includes positions at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, graduate research and teaching assistant at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and various roles in finance and military leadership. Bolotin holds an MBA with honors in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
