Olivia Kittel serves as Vice President at Spitfire since November 2016, leading strategic communications for nonprofits, foundations, and socially conscious brands while managing impactful policy advocacy and coalition building. Kittel has previously held roles as Director, where a focus was placed on developing strategic communication plans and fostering client relationships that generate significant business growth, and as Senior Account Manager, overseeing the execution of varied client communication materials. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Research Director at Media Matters for America, where leadership of a research department and the implementation of development initiatives were key responsibilities. Kittel's early career involved positions at POLITICO and the Center for American Progress, complemented by a leadership role in the Washington College Student Events Board while obtaining a BA in Political Science from Washington College.
