Mieke van Zadelhoff is an experienced HR manager with a robust background in human resources spanning several companies and roles. Currently serving as HR-manager at Spirotech since February 2020, Mieke advises the Executive Board on international personnel and labor policies for approximately 325 employees across eight countries. Prior experience includes positions as HR-manager at Altran and BENTELER Engineering, where Mieke focused on supporting management in various HR issues and implementing HR policies. Mieke's career began as a Bemiddelaar at Uitzendbureau Start and progressed to positions such as Branch Manager at TopStart and Senior Consultant at USG Start People Professionals. Mieke holds a Bachelor’s degree in HRM and Psychology from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a diploma in Executive Secretarial Studies from Schoevers Opleidingen.
