Clair joined Greene King in November 2020 from Costa where she was managing director in the Middle East and Asia, responsible for driving significant expansion and growth, and previously was the company’s chief operating officer in the UK accountable for operations, property and business change across 1,100 outlets. Before joining Costa, Clair held a variety of operational leadership roles at Boots.
