Saif Eddine JEMI is a construction economist and project manager with extensive experience in various roles within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Responsable des Appels d'Offres at SPIRIT since January 2023, responsibilities include analyzing technical offers, managing negotiations, and ensuring compliance with client specifications. Previously, Saif Eddine held the position of Économiste de la construction at Seqens, focusing on project estimation, quality analysis, and research and development related to construction economics. Prior roles include project leadership at BIAT, where Saif Eddine coordinated the construction of a Novotel hotel, and work as an Ingénieur Economiste at Comete Engineering, contributing to business planning and pre-feasibility studies. Educational credentials include dual Master's degrees from Université Paris Dauphine in Management of Real Estate and Corporate Finance, as well as an engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis.
