Nicole Anthony is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in leasing and property management. Since December 2017, Nicole has held the position of Associate Director of Real Estate at Spirit Halloween, having previously served as Senior Real Estate Manager. Prior to this role, Nicole was Vice President of Leasing at Hill Partners, Inc. from June 2015 to December 2017 and held the position of Director of Leasing and Property Management at Ziff Properties Inc. from December 2013 to September 2014. Nicole began the career as a Broker at Dial Dunlap & Edwards Commercial Real Estate in 2013 and served as Sr. Vice President of Leasing and Sales at The Durban Group (JDH Capital) from August 2007 to April 2013. Earlier experience includes the role of Sr. Leasing Representative at Kahn Development Company. Nicole Anthony graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Mass Communications.
