Glen Finch is an experienced Production Technician and Control Room Operator, currently employed at Spirit Energy since December 2017, focusing on the operation and monitoring of various systems including wellheads, seawater systems, and gas compression. Prior to this role, Glen worked at Centrica where responsibilities included permit management and daily site operations. Glen's earlier experience at Murco Petroleum Limited involved overseeing a crude distillation unit, managing safety and operations as a team leader, and ensuring operator training. Glen began a career in the Royal Artillery, serving as a Non Commissioned Officer with responsibilities in radar technology, maintenance, and team leadership. Glen is also pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Physics at The Open University.
