Faye Fletcher is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as HR & Facilities Director and Head of People at Spirit Energy since October 2018. Faye has previously held significant positions, including Executive Compensation Lead at AstraZeneca and HR Business Partner at ConocoPhillips and Dana Petroleum plc. With a career that began in 2003, Faye has developed expertise in areas such as total reward, compensation, and HR systems. Faye's academic credentials include a First Class BSc (Hons) in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and FCIPD certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
